IT Systems Engineer

Fin seeks a Systems Engineer to evolve IT infrastructure with emphasis on deliverability, identity & access management, and compliance. The role suits professionals from traditional systems engineering or DevOps backgrounds seeking cloud-native experience, or those in identity management looking to advance.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve team and organizational automation/integration problems.
• Design and maintain automations addressing identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance, and enterprise email deliverability.
• Execute infrastructure-as-code projects across the organization.
• Promote automation adoption through enablement and education.
• Participate in emerging AI tools and infrastructure initiatives.
• Drive IT incident response coordination.
• Integrate AI tooling and develop automated infrastructure via Tines and Workato.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for systems and automation in fast-moving environments.
• 3-5 years of Systems Engineer experience with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages (Ruby, Python, Perl, etc.).
• Cloud systems experience; primary infrastructure uses AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Intune, Tines, and Workato.

Preferred Experience

• iPaaS platforms and enterprise email deliverability expertise.
• Integration experience between billing systems and NetSuite ERP.
