Conference Director

Candidates will host their own conference using Venu's platform and generate income through conference sponsorships. Venu AI is a Harvard and Y Combinator-backed startup founded by Jeremy Lam. The company helps founders build top-of-funnel sales, achieve 40% response rates from qualified leads, establish communities, and host automated 100-person conferences within 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Own conference production, strategy, and execution end-to-end, hosting a 100-person conference within 3 months.
• Utilize Venu AI to automate conference production workflows.
• Analyze weekly campaign data, identify challenges, develop strategy solutions, and iterate continuously.
• Demonstrate passionate, proactive teamwork with strong communication skills and positive energy.
• Support team members in achieving success and fulfillment.
