SuperKalam seeks a designer with exceptional quality standards and strong ownership to create phenomenal user experiences for an AI-powered education platform comparable to Duolingo.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders and the engineering team on strategic initiatives.
• Lead prototyping using Figma and AI-powered design tools.
• Create visual enhancements through illustrations and animations (Jitter, Rive, Lottie).
• Conduct user research including surveys and user interviews.
• Make data-driven design decisions with awareness of cross-platform challenges.
• Implement organized design thinking with competitive analysis.

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years demonstrating both functional and beautiful design execution.
• Proven product thinking from product-based organizations.
• Strong design portfolio.
• Experience with dark/light modes and design systems.
• AI integration in design processes and workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Multidisciplinary thinking (motion design, animation tools).
