AI/ML Research (Internship)

Seeking candidates with experience in traditional ML techniques and generative agentic workflows for a fast-paced environment. Applicants are encouraged to email a Loom demo with walkthroughs of their top two projects.

Key Requirements

• Prior internship in AI/ML, or quality projects using Python/NodeJS.
• Experience building agentic workflows and AI pipelines (mandatory).
• Work with AI voice agents using STT/TTS.
• Experience with retrieval RAGs or knowledge graphs.
• Prompt engineering proficiency.
• GitHub and Google Colab comfort.

Bonus Skills

• Model training in text, image, or voice domains.
• Dashboard/workflow creation using Claude Code or Codex.
• PostgreSQL, rate limiting, and basic security knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

• Build pipelines and prepare high-quality datasets with the content team.
• Research and implement approaches from academic papers/blogs.
• Execute AI experiments and fine-tuning tasks.
• Stay current with emerging models, training techniques, and tools.
• Demonstrate smooth communication, ownership, and agility.
