Product Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize autonomous workflows for Procure-to-Pay and Invoice-to-Cash processes.
• Assist in defining product strategy and roadmap for specific modules.
• Take ownership of high-impact features including multi-channel process triggers and vendor/customer portals.
• Bridge engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Engage directly with B2B clients to uncover operational pain points and translate insights into actionable epics.
• Drive product development from ideation to launch using Agile methodologies.
• Define and track key product metrics like workflow completion rates and error reduction.

Core Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a systems-thinking approach.
• High user empathy focused on friction elimination.
• Extreme attention to detail in fast-paced startup environments.
• Genuine passion for Agentic AI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Linear, Figma, or Notion.
• Background in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or accounting operations.
• Familiarity with ERP functionality and API/SFTP integrations.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and AI agents.
