NAV CANADA is looking for curious and motivated Junior Software Developers to join our team and help power the systems behind Canada's air navigation services. You'll collaborate with experienced developers and cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and maintain complex software systems that support the safe and efficient movement of aircraft across the country.
Degree from a recognized university or community college with an acceptable specialization in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer science or information systems, or an acceptable combination of education, experience, and training. 1–3 years of hands-on experience developing software in a Linux-based environment using at least one programming language such as Ada, C++, Qt or Python; this may include co-op placements or internships. Experience contributing to the development of end-to-end software solutions (front-end and server-side). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Jazz).
This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week on site.
